We were initially steered towards DayMark because of their unusually low rate of 4.5% commission. We were at first, a little sceptical because of that, but we couldn't have been more wrong. Mariella Guillama is an exceptionally conscientious, experienced and well-informed person, who felt more like a friend than a Realtor. We started working with Mariella at the end of January 2019, to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more delighted. She brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online. The photos were amazing and truly showed off the house to its full potential. Mariella also brought in a designer to stage our home using our own furniture. It was incredible how moving and removing items, made such a difference. Our house went on the market at 10.00am on a Monday. We had multiple offers including two over asking price, and went under contract the next day! Mariella is a true consummate professional. She is knowledgeable, understanding, has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with. We completed the sale in 3 weeks. It could have been sooner but we needed the extra time to clear out!
